Let's Talk About You

We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded eCommerce Trading Executive to help accelerate growth on Amazon and other key online marketplaces. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind product availability, online visibility, and sales performance — working across teams to make sure our products stand out and sell through. From optimizing listings to supporting new product launches, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping our success in one of the fastest-growing parts of the business.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

Amazon Trading & Sales Management

•Amazon Trading & Merchandising – Manage the day-to-day trading of an assigned brand/ region on Amazon, ensuring products are in stock, priced competitively, and merchandised effectively.

•Promotions & Advertising – Assist in setting up and monitoring promotional campaigns, Lightning Deals, vouchers, and Amazon Advertising (PPC) to drive traffic and conversion.

•Reporting & Insights – Deliver weekly and monthly trading updates with actionable insights to inform the wider eCommerce and commercial strategy.

•Day to Day administrative support of Account Manager

Performance Tracking & Insights

•Competitor & Market Insights – Monitor competitor activity, pricing changes, and category trends to recommend tactical and strategic actions.

•Performance Analysis – Track sales, traffic, and conversion KPIs; generate reports and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

•Customer Experience – Monitor product reviews, ratings, and Q&A, working with customer service and quality teams to address feedback and improve brand perception.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•Listing Optimisation – Create, update, and optimise product listings with accurate content, keywords, and enhanced brand assets (A+ content, brand stores, images, and video).

•Product Launches – Support the end-to-end launch process, from content upload and imagery to availability checks and marketing activation.

•Account Management – Partner with internal teams and external contacts (Amazon account managers, agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth trading and issue resolution.

•Process & Compliance – Ensure all product information, imagery, and claims meet Amazon’s compliance requirements, staying up to date with policy changes.

Here’s what we are looking for:

•1–2 years’ experience in account management, sales support, or eCommerce trading (Amazon experience strongly preferred).

•A proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset.

•Detail-oriented and comfortable working with product information, content, and data.

•Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong Excel skills and confidence with reporting tools; knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central is a distinct advantage.

•Interest in digital marketing and marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC desirable).
