This is a senior leadership role responsible for transforming Indirect Procurement across Europe. The role is accountable for driving strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimisation and category excellence across all indirect spend categories.

The role partners closely with Global Procurement, European Leadership Team stakeholders, and senior executives to deliver measurable business value.

• Lead the transformation of Indirect Procurement from a tactical function to a strategic business partner

• Develop and execute category strategies across Marketing, Logistics, MRO, Professional Services, Fleet, Capex and other indirect categories

• Drive end-to-end sourcing including RFX, supplier selection, negotiation and contracting

• Deliver cost savings, efficiency improvements and tangible ROI through procurement initiatives

• Establish strong Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks including KPIs and governance

• Improve visibility, governance and control of indirect and tail spend

• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives across Europe

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sourcing processes and governance frameworks

Stakeholder & Leadership Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders including ELT, CPO and CSCO

• Influence business decisions early in the sourcing lifecycle

• Collaborate with Global Procurement and COE teams to leverage capabilities and alignment

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, Finance, Supply Chain and external suppliers

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals (initially 2 direct reports)

• Set clear objectives, drive performance and build capability within the team

• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement

Key Deliverables (12–18 months)

• Increased visibility and control over indirect spend

• Developed and implemented category strategies across major spend areas

• Delivery of measurable cost savings and value creation

• Implementation of structured SRM framework

• Strengthened stakeholder engagement and procurement reputation


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 

We’re looking for an someone with significant experience ideally gained within an FMCG or Cosmetics business. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in indirect procurement and category management

• Proven ability to deliver savings and manage complex sourcing projects

• Strong negotiation, contracting and commercial skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Experience working cross-functionally and across multiple European markets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field

• Experience in FMCG/CPG or similar fast-paced industry

• Experience with systems such as SAP or equivalent procurement tools

Working Environment

• London based, hybrid working model (2 days in office)

• Occasional travel across Europe required
