Let’s Talk About You
You’re ambitious, but you want a career with purpose—we love that. You’re up for a challenge and ready to write the next chapter of your career story with a great group of encouraging colleagues. You want to make your mark and let your personality shine.
Well, if you’re interested in our role, this might be your next step!

Now Let’s Get Down to Business
We are looking for a Senior Indirect Procurement Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care—a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, and Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
This is not just a “run-the-process” role. This is a transform-it, build-it, own-it role.
Your mission will be to elevate Indirect Procurement across Europe into a truly strategic, value-driving function.
If there’s one thing you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse and supportive colleagues. They’re an inspiring bunch.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Indirect Procurement team (3+ direct reports), setting clear priorities and responding with pace to evolving business needs
  • Own and deliver category strategy across a broad indirect portfolio (including Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Facilities, Logistics, MRO, Fleet and Contingent Labour), aligning plans to long-term business goals
  • Drive best-in-class sourcing and negotiation, leading end-to-end tenders, supplier evaluations and complex contract negotiations in partnership with the CoE
  • Build strong supplier partnerships, ensuring performance, unlocking innovation and maximising value across the region
  • Deliver measurable value, creating and executing a pipeline of savings, improving visibility and control of tail spend, and leveraging market insights
  • Proactively manage risk, embedding a strong risk mindset to anticipate and mitigate financial, legal, reputational and supply challenges
  • Partner across the business, acting as a trusted advisor to EU leadership and collaborating globally to share and implement best practices

Why this role might be right for you?
•    High visibility role with direct exposure to senior and executive leadership
•    Opportunity to shape and lead a meaningful procurement transformation
•    Broad ownership across a varied and impactful category portfolio
•    A chance to influence strategy and make a tangible difference to business performance
•    Join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your ideas and impact are valued

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
We’re looking for someone with significant experience in Indirect Procurement, ideally within an FMCG or CPG environment.
While your experience is important, we’re all about making useful things joyful—so we love candidates who bring energy, curiosity, and a drive to make things better.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Strong indirect procurement leadership experience, with a track record of driving transformation and delivering measurable business value
  • Commercial and analytical mindset, with curiosity to bring external market insights and fresh thinking
  • Proven people leader, able to coach, develop and motivate high-performing teams
  • Experience in FMCG/CPG environments preferred
  • Category strategy expertise, with the ability to build and execute effective sourcing plans
  • Supplier management capability, with experience building strategic partnerships and delivering value through SRM programmes
    (Typical spend responsibility: $150–200M)
  • Advanced sourcing and negotiation skills, with experience leading complex tenders and procurement transformation, including digital initiatives
  • Strong cost management track record, consistently delivering significant savings and value creation
  • Solid risk management approach, identifying and mitigating supplier and category risks proactively
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
