Let’s Talk About You
You’re ambitious, curious, and want a career with real purpose—great, because we love that. You’re ready for a challenge, and you’re excited to write the next chapter of your career with a team of supportive, collaborative colleagues. You bring energy, ownership and personality to your work.
If you're interested in our Senior Demand Planner (NW Hub) role, this could be your next step! We are looking for an experienced supply chain professional to join Edgewell Personal Care—a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of 25+ iconic brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, and our newest addition: Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
The Senior Demand Planner NW Hub will own the total market forecast across the Hub, driving high‑quality standard and promotional forecasts supported by strong local market intelligence. You’ll ensure accurate inputs into Blue Yonder (JDA), understand key demand drivers including cannibalisation, and work closely with the EU Central team to build the most robust forecast possible.
You’ll lead the top‑down challenge process between Hub and markets, remove bias, and secure alignment through well‑run Hub and Market Commercial Reviews (EBP). Staying closely connected to EU processes, you’ll ensure consistent ways of working, clear communication and shared insights across all stakeholders.
A key focus will be improving forecast accuracy while balancing service levels and working capital targets. You’ll partner with commercial teams and customers to strengthen execution, share best practice and elevate planning across all Hub markets.
You’ll also champion continuous improvement in market intelligence tools and processes—across Blue Yonder, promotional planning and customer data analytics—to enable more collaborative, insight‑driven forecasting.
Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
- Own end‑to‑end forecasting for the NW Hub.
- Lead and challenge market intelligence; maintain accurate Blue Yonder inputs.
- Partner with EU Central on statistical forecasts and demand drivers.
- Drive Hub‑to‑market alignment and unbiased forecasting.
- Run Hub and Market Commercial Reviews (EBP) and secure sign‑off.
- Improve forecast accuracy, service levels and working‑capital balance.
- Enhance MI tools and customer‑data insights.
- Support NPIs, promo analysis, code switches and allocations.
- Analyse forecast errors and drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong cross‑functional partnerships.
- Lead and develop Hub Demand Planners.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in Demand Planning gained within an FMCG environment. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Degree (or equivalent) in a business‑related discipline
- Strong Supply Chain & Demand Planning experience (FMCG essential)

- Excellent IT skills (Excel; Access; SAP/Blue Yonder/JDA a plus)
- Confident communicator with strong storytelling skills
- Fluent in English; another European language is an advantage
- A passion for continuous improvement
- Strong customer focus
- Initiative and results‑driven mindset
