Introducing Bulldog Skincare for Men
Bulldog Skincare for Men (part of Edgewell Personal Care) is an award-winning skincare company, now selling in 30 markets across the world. We’re known for our brilliantly formulated skincare products, which are purpose built for the specific needs of men’s skin. For regular, sensitive, oil prone, mature skin and tired skin, Bulldog has the answer, presented in a straightforward and characterful way to help men look and feel their best. You might also be surprised to know that Bulldog has always pushed boundaries to formulate its products as ethically as possible - from our revolutionary bamboo razor, to never using microbeads, ingredients from animal sources, synthetic fragrances, or artificial colours. We were also the first men’s skincare brand in the world to use sugarcane as a raw material in our packaging. It’s this disruptive approach that means we are the driver of growth in our category in the UK and other markets, and we have very exciting plans to accelerate our growth in the immediate future.

An Opportunity to get Your Paws On…
In this role you will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Bulldog skincare portfolio optimisation project. The role will be key in managing the core range of projects ensuring all elements of the range (raw materials, packaging, testing) are in line with the Bulldog brand values and product concepts across all the international markets.

Here’s a sample of what you will get up to:

•    To engage with supply partners to ensure activities are actioned and the technical content is updated.
•    Interact and collaborate with various teams (development, supply, design, marketing, procurement) to ensure the portfolio adjustments are performed smoothly and on time.
•    Continually monitor the progress of products and find solutions for problems arising from the updates.
•    Identify key project milestones in line with the CPA and communicate these with the internal team to ensure project success.
•    Formulation and processing experience of leave-on and rinse-off products would be advantageous.
•    Manage product development projects to support the overall NPD Launch plan, tracking third party technical development and managing CPAs (timing, targets, markets).
•    Leading third-party chemists, test houses and fragrance houses with the development of new formulation testing.
•    Ensure compliance for all Bulldog products inputting and updating CPSR, PIFs and any other documentation that’s required by legislation.
•    Work with the Company’s international markets to provide information and data that is needed for product notifications and registration.
•    Track and monitor all development costs in conjunction with third-party manufacturers to ensure costs are kept within budget.

Show Us What You’ve Got

Here’s what we are looking for:
