We are looking for an experienced Marketing Professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
Now Let’s Get Down to Business
We’re looking for a dynamic Global Senior Brand Manager (SBM) to help lead the growth of Bulldog Skincare across our International markets. This role will shape and bring to life the brand vision, creating compelling and effective campaigns across all consumer touchpoints. You’ll also lead our European partnership with Ironman®, driving consumer penetration and strengthening our market presence.
Reporting to the Global Head of Brand, you’ll be the guardian of Bulldog Skincare—responsible for marketing performance and the continuous strengthening of the brand, measured by market share and brand equity. You’ll work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, local marketing teams, commercial leaders, Innovation partners and the European Marketing Leadership Team.
Brand & Growth Leadership
Lead the overall brand strategy, Innovation Roadmap and annual strategic planning process.
Create disruptive, effective brand communications that connect with consumers in their everyday lives.
Deliver exceptional execution across the full consumer journey to drive superior results.
Use consumer, shopper and customer insights to inform and strengthen brand strategies, plans and campaigns.
Stay ahead of culture, competitors and industry trends to continuously evolve the brand’s position in market.
Partnership & Innovation
Lead Bulldog Skincare’s long-term partnership with Ironman®, developing a clear and compelling strategy to fuel equity growth and engagement.
Develop superior product experiences that exceed consumer needs.
Support the Global Head of Brand on key strategic workstreams, including innovation, market acceleration and three-year brand plans.
Performance & Collaboration
Partner closely with local marketing teams to assess brand performance, identify root causes and course-correct or accelerate as required.
Own the A&P budget end-to-end, maximising marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Support the development and implementation of the Edgewell Marketing Strategy and Vision.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with significant experience, ideally gained within an FMCG, Personal Care, Beauty or Cosmetics business. While experience matters, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
A proven blend of strategic insight, creative leadership and the ability to execute at pace in an entrepreneurial environment.
Experience leading regional or global brands, with strong strategic frameworks across the full marketing mix.
Demonstrated success managing comprehensive strategic marketing and communications programmes.
Experience managing direct and indirect reports within a matrix organisation.
Strong experience working with creative and media agencies—from briefing through to execution and evaluation.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to influence commercial performance using data-driven decision making.
A balance of creative and analytical thinking, with confidence managing budgets and complex data.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional European language is an advantage.
