We are looking for an experienced individual to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).  


Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

We are looking for high-level administrative support to senior leaders across Europe primarily the Regional Vice President (RVP). Responsible for proactively managing European schedules, meetings, reporting, communications, governance, correspondence and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

 

  • Proactively managing the RVP, Europe’s calendar and appointments ensuring that they are well prepared for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the RVP and other parties such as clients, partners and teammates.
  • Managing the governance process and minutes for our EBP (Edgewell’s Business Planning) process using AI technology. This will involve actively participating in 5 of the EBP meetings and communicating out to all participants and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare, edit and finalize documents, presentations, reports and memos for the RVP’s review and approval.
  • Research and compile information and data for the RVP’s projects and initiatives.
  • Book and manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation and visas for all members of the European Leadeship Team (EULT). 
  • Process and travel the RVP and other EULT members expenses and reimbursements.
  • Plan and coordinate events and activities for the executive and their guests such as conferences, workshops, dinners and meetings.
  • Lead on creating, designing and distributing the European Communications (using the tool Contact Monkey).
  • Create and lead a community of Executive Assistants across Europe including leading monthly meetings and content to drive a community.
  • Lead on implementing the Purpose, Values and Behaviours across Europe.
  • Lead on European projects across Europe and developing a key projects.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with Global Communications Team and Global Executive Assistant to manage and lead on upcoming priorities.
  • Proactively managing the archiving or historical artefacts. 
  • Provide annual leave cover for UK Office Manager.

Here’s what we are looking for:

 

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of seniority.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to proofread and edit documents.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to handle changing demands and situations.
  • Professional and courteous, with the ability to manage a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. 
  • Educated to bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field (desirable).
