We’re looking for a someone who is tech savvy to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands including Bulldog Skincare for Men, and Cremo Grooming. 

 

Let's Get Down To Business 
Reporting to the Content and Digital Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will join an in-house team and be responsible for planning, curating, posting, and managing our global social channels and digital platforms. You will have a track record in building enthusiast communities at scale and with pace, as well as exceptional planning and multi-tasking skills along with experience in using multi-platform posting and scheduling systems. In addition, you will be able to envisage and deliver engaging content campaigns, be an adept planner as well as a ‘people person’ with the ability to inspire engagement and moderate online communications with our community. Ultimately, you will act as the guardian and voice of our brands and manage all community planning and activity.


Show Us What You've Got 
We are looking for the following skills and experience:


•    Proven work experience as a community manager in a scale-up business working across multiple geographies.
•    Proven experience in deploying paid media across major channels for varying goal completion objectives.
•    Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online community, driving sales initiative, encouraging account sign up, activating sellers).
•    Ability to identify, track, interpret and report on key social metrics (e.g. engagement, goal achievement, conversions etc).
•    Experience in operating in a team structure with succinct success metric reporting.
•    Excellent conceptualizing and communication skills.
•    Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
•    Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
•    To thrive you’ll have industry experience either from media, agency, or in-house roles.
•    Experience working with cross functional teams
