Hyrbrid Position (2-3 days at the office)


Team Leader has responsibility for the whole channel but also will have specific clients assigned which he/she will be totally responsible in the day to day development and in the achieving of the commercial and sales results in those.


And finally, Team Leader Modern Trade is responsible to a correct and profitable Deflator management.

We are looking for a someone with Modern Trade and Sales experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).



Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to our National Sales Manager.


This position will:

  • Develop Customer Strategy
  • Provide information about the Modern Trade channel in order to analyze market and competitors
  • Analyze reports provided by Business Intelligence
  • Define action plans for execution in the customer
  • Define customer strategy considering the following activities:
  • Determine roll and scope
  • Fortify participation features and potential categories in Modern Trade Channel.
  • Client Management and Development
  • Analyze key indicator to performance
  • Quantify and prioritize market opportunities together with Trade Marketing
  • Design, implement and follow up improvement plans for the channel.
  • Evaluate pricing performance and develop improvement proposals if needed
  • Ensure compliment in promotional price programs
  • Guarantee pricing modifications in time
  • Check viability of promotional activities with the client.
  • Identify and propose commercial activities
  • Sales Plans
  • Build together with Trade Marketing Business Plans
  • Follow up portfolio by retail environment.
