  • Lead and grow the offline distributor and wholesale channel SD/HN/DB wide in a challenging phase of aggressive growth after GTM
  • Identify and develop strategies and plans for area

Universal Accountabilities

  • Achieving sales goals, grow the business by successfully design and implement forward-looking development programs
  • Developing annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans for sales area that reflect market trends and opportunities identified in the area
  • Establish distributor network and drive, manage, motivate their performance of all distributors
  • Monitor the sales activities and target achievement in the area, and take necessary measure to ensure maximum output with minimum resources
  • Complete the feedback of internal data and statements on time and as required

 

 

Required Skills and Experience

Experience

  • University degree or above
  • Minimum 10 years field sales experience, with 3 years+  in a managerial role
  • Has worked on FMCG categories in MNCs, preferably personal care
  • Modern trade experienced
