Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

 

Reporting to the European Ecommerce Director, you will be responsible for driving our Direct- to- Consumer (DTC) presence across Europe.

Your role is to deliver on targets, budgets, and KPI's by delivering the Direct-to-Consumer strategy, coordinating the countries, leveraging data-driven insights to make decisions that will deliver the best costumer experience and generate positive results on our platforms.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

 

  • P&L responsibility with the European Ecommerce Director
  • Launch DTC channels in European countries (FR & DE to start)
  • Develop DTC Road map for Europe across brands in collaboration with Brand Strategy team ensuring buy in from local markets.
  • Localisation – working within brand guide rails ensure relevant local market optimization
  • Work closely with the Brand teams and Performance Marketing for campaign tracking & end to end analysis  
  • Support commercial planning by setting & pricing strategies
  • Working within brand guiderails to drive sales, engagement and brand story telling in partnership with local market activation plans
  • Drive CRM channel, using BSI guidelines and resources, to increase customer database, deliver sales, grow retention and create consumer profiles and segments relevant to local markets
  • Ensure correct and relevant content and communication across the EU DTC sites and owned channels (social conversion, with relevant brand guiderails, onsite and personalized content, product reviews, translation management of sites, developing photography and video content by working with the content team.
  • Day to day management of promotions and trade plan, proposing new promotional solutions and reacting to performance signals

This is a great opportunity for an Ecommerce professional with knowledge and experience of DTC. You’ll be working with teammates across Europe so multi-tasking and stakeholder management skills are key!

 

Here’s what we are looking for:

 

  • ECommerce/ D2C launches – including SAP integrations with WMS
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Experience working with cross functional teams 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and having a bias for action, results-oriented, community-focused, and prioritization of people 
  • Excellent judgement, strong work ethic and close attention to detail 
  • Fluent English essential, French & German language desirable
