Hybrid Working Hours (2 days in Office)
6 Month Fixed Term Contract

You want to own your career and you’re ready to write the next chapter of your career story: a challenging and rewarding role as a Senior Business Account Manager with an exciting focus on a major high street account (Boots Retail UK). In this role, you will be working closely with our customers to deliver budgeted sales, and gross margin. You will be solely responsible for the P&L of your accounts and have the autonomy to design and deliver your account plans. 

Let’s Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Head of Sales for North West Europe, you will be part of a diverse sales department and will work closely with the wider Sales, Category and Marketing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior sales professional to be responsible for the planning and delivery of growth plans in 2023. The role demands a great deal of commercial acumen, project involvement and reviewing crucial data, so is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a variety of tasks whilst keeping close to the details and numbers. The position has responsibility of one direct report (Business Account Executive). 

Show Us What You’ve Got
You will have National Account/Business Account Management experience with UK high street or grocery retailers, or similar skills gained within a global commercial or FMCG business.
In this role, it is important that you can work autonomously, flexibly and collaboratively with individuals and teams. Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’.
Here’s what we are looking for: 
•    Significant experience of account management (Business Account, National Account or similar)
•    Experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
•    Experience working with major UK retailers (Grocery or High Street)
•    Ability to demonstrate excellent account management skills (previous experience P&L responsibility, promotional planning)
•    Commercially astute with strong negotiation and presentation skills
•    People management experience
