Let's Get Down To Business 
Reporting to the Director of SC Applications (based in the US), you will provide knowledge on SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) functionality and best practices, execute solution delivery, assist in prioritization and meeting business requirements, work with technical teams to resolve discrepancies and map out technical processes, and ensure support coverage for critical processes and develop a plan to further grow the skills of team analyst. This customer facing role is responsible for supporting, maintaining/developing and providing functional system solutions for the R&D organization processes globally for Edgewell Personal Care. Activities of this role include working closely with business customers, understanding their processes and helping them map those processes to IT applications, executing functional changes in SAP, coordinate technical changes with peer groups within IT, document and communicate changes to user organization, support and provide leadership in change management. Show Us What You've Got 
We are looking for the following skills and experience: 

 

•    Experience in support and/or implementation of SAP PLM functionality for Process and/or Discrete Manufacturing businesses
•    Proven experience in configuring and implementing Recipe Development, Specification Management, Document Management (DMS) Basic understanding of SAP workflow capabilities
•    Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
•    Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation
•    Developing functional specifications
•    Desirable skills: SAP Engineering Change Management/Engineering Record, SAP Workflow design and definition (BRF+), SAP WWI report design and development, 
SAP Document Management (DMS), SAP SPRC Product & Reach Compliance, SAP EH&S Product Safety and/or Dangerous Goods Management, SAP ECTR
•    Ability to work with business and functional teams.
•    Flexibility to work autonomously across different time zones with diverse teammates
•    Fluent in English
