This is a great choice for an ambitious and digital savvy Sales Executive to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men and recently acquired Jack Black… just to name a few!).
 
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to the Senior Business Account Manager/ Business Account Manager and will be responsible for the management of our Retail.com sites across the business. You’ll work to improve the online presence and visibility of our products and promotions as well developing your Account Management skills by supporting the SBAM who has responsibility for customers that operate in all channels that Edgewell operate in (Grocery, High Street, Discounter, Bargain Stores, Distributor and Export customers).

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to

 

•    Ensure that all Edgewell brands are fully visible and optimised so we maximise our growth potential in this area of our business
•    Support the SBAM to develop and evaluate KPI’s and metrics for key accounts within the portfolio
•    Build relationships with key retailer supply contacts so we produce accurate joint collaborative forecasts and ensure effective communication with Demand Planning to deliver agreed service level targets
•    Manage promotional activity by owning the planning and delivery along with the pre and post evaluation of promotions
•    Develop expertise in Account Reporting Systems; by running weekly or ad hoc reports to help support decision making and develop recommendations in conjunction with the SBAM


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
Ideally you will have worked some Sales/ Account Executive or Ecommerce experience gained within a consumer goods business. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too. 

 
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience

 

•    Digitally savvy, ecommerce or online retail experience is essential
•    Experience within Consumer Goods or Cosmetics 
•    Experience of P&L management (useful)
•    Intermediate level of numeracy and literacy (essential)
•    Intermediate level of computer literacy using Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint (essential)
•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education (preferred)
