We are looking for a someone with some Marketing knowledge or experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Northwest Europe Marketing team and support the Marketing Managers on a World Class shaving brand. Your role will be to support, coordinate and implement key activities & comms, to assist Edgewell’s marketing programs, aiming to drive business growth with the overall Northwest Hub strategy. These would range from: Internal PR & Events, marketing materials, social & digital content, A&P budget management.  You will develop your skills, knowledge and attitude and can maximise your potential and contribution to our business.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

 

•    Development of Marketing Activation Plans: To support the development and delivery of winning programme of initiatives, creating marketing materials to support brand initiatives: including Digital and Social, Point of Sale (POS), PR, etc.
•    Data analysis: Analyse market & consumer data to understand performance & generate useful consumer insights, which will aid brand strategy. 
•    Marketing Agencies briefing & management: Work collaboratively with the marketing team & relevant agencies to draft marketing materials, deliver key initiatives. 
•    Internal Communications: Help drive internal engagement by supporting in key events, highlighting brand performance & showcasing new marketing initiatives & NPD. 
•    Competitor Review: Monitor & be up-to-date with all the latest competitor developments in range & in store, identifying possible leads for the brand/company.
•    A&P Budget Management: Manage the marketing investment budget to include updated movements, raise IO & POs, ensuring invoicing and payment is efficiently delivered.

Here’s what we are looking for:
 
•    Knowledge or experience in Marketing Executive field.
•    Computer literate (essential) in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Team working skills
•    Ability to multi-task & juggle a number of projects 
•    Passion, Positivity and enthusiasm for the role and our brands
