Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting into the Senior Innovation Manager, the Portfolio Coordinator supports across our brands Hawaiian Tropic EU and Wet Ones Internationally.
Optimising the Sun & Skin Care portfolio, developing artworks and coordinating market requests are just a few of the key responsibilities. 
Working as part of a diverse team with the opportunity to interact across different departments such as Marketing, Sales, Regulatory and Supply Chain, as well as with external agencies.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to

•    Analysing the current portfolio and identifying any duplications/low volume SKU’s and recommending an optimised range
•    Owning code overview files, ensuring updates are made and shared with markets as necessary
•    Liaising with cross functional departments to answer market requests (mainly Regulatory and Packaging teams) 
•    Coordinating between the stakeholders on feedback, and necessities for packs i.e. languages to include, potential EAN code changes, icons, categorisations, needed conditions for market sharing and forecast/stock considerations
•    Initiating the Go-to-market process either locally, or via the Global Project Management team, to create SKU’s that can be shared across markets
•    Working with agencies, as well as in-house Production Services team to coordinate artwork changes.


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
Ideally you will have some commercial brand marketing experience and be digitally savvy. Experience gained within a consumer goods or cosmetics business is desired but not mandatory. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too. 

 
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience

•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education (preferred)
•     Experience working in a large business (Consumer Goods or Cosmetics desirable)
•    Excellent communication skills 
•    Project or portfolio management experience 
•    Analytical skills
