We’re looking for a someone with strong strategic account management experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands including Bulldog Skincare for Men. 


Let's Get Down To Business 
Reporting to the Business Director (North West Europe), the successful candidate will be responsible for the UK and Ireland commercial P&L. This pivotal role requires working at both a strategic and a hands-on level, with a strong focus on consumer and retail. Key accountabilities include; collaborating with the Global Bulldog team to lead the launch of new product development, developing, planning and executing the strategy of trade promotions and revenue management, leading the category management of Bulldog and staying on top of competitor developments within market, managing the execution of seasonal gifting and deliver Strat Plan, ABP and QF as well as report monthly business performance. This position will manage the X3 Direct Reports.

You will be part of the wider Bulldog global team who will rely on your commercial expertise and guidance. Therefore, developing good relationships with key stakeholders within Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, New product Development, Finance, Gifting and HR is essential. We are also looking for the following skills and experience:


  • Proven experience of sales growth at a senior level within Consumer Goods/ Cosmetics or Retail industry 
  • Highly skilled in strategic sales planning, P&L, ABP and reporting 
  • Strong team leadership experience 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and having a bias for action, results-oriented, community-focused, and prioritization of people
  • Excellent judgement, strong work ethic and close attention to detail
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders 
  • Personify the ethos, values and culture of the Bulldog brand within the framework of Edgewell’ s Purpose, Vison and Behaviours
  • Instil energy and confidence, and drive incremental business momentum by taking an insurgent entrepreneurial approach
