We’re looking for a someone with strong brand marketing and category development experience skills to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands including Wilkinson Sword, Wet Ones, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Skincare for Men, and Cremo Grooming just to name a few. 

 

Let's Get Down To Business 
Reporting to the Business Director, North Europe, you will be a key member of the North-West leadership team and will lead a team of 10 teammates (4 direct reports). You will co-lead the Hub Brand Marketing strategy to develop local brand franchise and visibility and develop and execute high impact local marketing plans in line with the global business strategy as well as brand’s strategies and positioning. Leading to win customer and consumer hearts, minds and decisions that meaningfully win share and strengthen the P&L will be your key priority. Show Us What You've Got 
You will be part of the local and wider Edgewell International team. Therefore, developing good relationships with key stakeholders within Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance and HR is essential. We are looking for the following skills and experience:

 

•    Significant senior level cross functional experience including marketing, category development and sales within Consumer Goods 
•    Proven experience in Brand Marketing 
•    Experience of stakeholder influencing and management, including retailers and 3rd part agencies. 
•    Strong team leadership and people management 
•    Proficient in using MS Office JDA, and Nielsen. 
•    Skilled in project management, A&P budget management, media and pricing 
•    Private label experience (desirable)
