We are looking for an experienced Consumer Insights individual to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).

 

Let's Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Consumer Insights  (based in the UK), you will be responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research in support of the EU Regional  Marketing Team. You will work closely with EU Innovation and Marketing business partners, leading consumer research that will help drive the development of new product innovation and in-market strategy & activation within the EU across Sun Care, Shave and Grooming segments. Show Us What You've Got
This role requires an analytical mindset with a deep understanding of Consumers ideally gained within the Consumer Goods/FMCG sector or with Agency. 
In addition, we are looking for the following skills and experience: 

 

•    Exposure to a broad range of quantitative and qualitative research techniques that complement an Innovation & Brand Strategy research role
•    Ability to understand and interpret a range of syndicated data
•    Strong project management skills
•    Can provide an objective point of view that is consumer-centric and data driven
•    Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic skills
•    Ability to implement/execute initiatives with fiscal responsibility
•    Passionate about connecting with and understanding consumers.
•    Experience designing and building research surveys
•    Marketing research experience, including a combination of consumer and syndicated (scanning & panel) research.
•    Must have strong foundation in primary research and experience with new product development for Consumer Goods.
•    Experience conducting research across multiple countries
