We’re looking for someone with strong digital marketing experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands including Wilkinson Sword, Wet Ones, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Skincare for Men, and Cremo Grooming just to name a few. 
Let's Get Down To Business 
Reporting to the Brand Director (based in France), you will be part of our Brand Strategy International (BSI) team and will strengthen and manage our Digital Team.
The Digital Lead is responsible for the Wilkinson Sword brand (men & women) all digital activities including websites, e-commerce, paid media, social media, and content across Europe. As a people manager, you will lead and manage a team of 4 5 teammates. If there’s one thing you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse and nurturing colleagues. Show Us What You've Got 
You will be part of the local and wider Edgewell International Brand and Digital team. Therefore, developing good relationships with key stakeholders within Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance and HR is essential. We are looking for the following skills and experience (either gain inhouse or agency):
•    Previous experience in a similar role including team and agencies management 
•    Strong understanding of:
o    Digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC.
o    E-commerce and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.
o    All major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Tiktok.
•    Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Salesforce.  
•    Adaptable, versatile, and the ability to keep up to date with consumer and marketing trends and advancements in technology.
•    Strong leadership and project management skills.
•    Strong analytical skill, data driven and able to bridge the gap between data and marketing decision making
•    Fluent in English is a must, speaking another EU language is a plus.
•    Flexibility to work autonomously across different time zones with diverse teammates
