Let's Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Director for Sun & Skincare (based in Australia), the successful candidate will be responsible for developing digital marketing initiatives across all online channels including website development, social media strategy & content and customer service across the International Hubs (Europe, Asia, Oceania, LATAM) – for our Sun care brands. There will be a specific focus on improving our digital capabilities, educating the business and challenging the status quo where appropriate. This role will be pivotal in working closely with local marketing managers, ecommerce teams, retailers and external media agency. This position will manage  x2 reports. Show Us What You've Got
Ideally you will have worked in a similar position within a consumer goods or media/digital agency.
It would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
•    Digital marketing experience, including managing agency relationships 
•    Experience in managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes 
•    Successful track record of improving digital capabilities in a commercial business, i.e. for marketing teams 
•    Strong understanding of ecommerce, current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice 
•    People management experience 
•    Ability to influence and make bold decisions
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Flexible and able to work autonomously across different time zones
•    Up to date with the latest digital innovations
