Let's Get Down To Business 
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager (Sun & Skin), you will be a key member of our Brand Strategy International (BSI) team. You will be responsible for defining and delivering the International eCommerce roadmap and commercial results for our markets. You will also develop category leading brand experiences on our websites, Amazon and eRetailers, manage our platform migrations to Shopify and drive DTC P&L, SEO and CRM activation. Winning consumer hearts and minds to meaningfully strengthen our Sun & Skincare growth, will be your key priority. This is an excellent time to join a new and growing team with the freedom and ambition to drive eCommerce and support our International Hubs; Latam, Oceania, Europe, Mena, SEA and China. Show Us What You've Got 
You will be part of the local and wider Edgewell International team. Therefore, developing good relationships with key stakeholders within Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Finance and HR is essential. 
We are looking for the following skills and experience gained ideally inhouse or agency:

 

•    International experience in eCommerce, including managing digital projects and digital marketing channels, incl. SEO, SEA and CRM
•    Experience of stakeholder influencing, including 3rd party agencies 
•    Experience of building DTC propositions as well as supporting Amazon/retailer websites
•    A strong understanding of Shopify Plus, Klaviyo and Google Analytics. 
•    Data-driven mindset with confidence in interpreting complex data into actionable insights and optimizations
•    Ability to work flexibly across different time zones and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
•    Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias-to-action.
