Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
This is an excellent opportunity for an Logistics/ Supply Chain or Customer Service professional to support our Order To Cash process and meet our challenging service level targets. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will act as a communication conduit between Customer Service and Sales, champion our service to the rest of the business, manage complex escalated queries, oversee the day to day Customer Service operational workflow and deputise for the Customer Service Manager. In addition, you will use data analysis (Power BI/Excel) to actively monitor and report performance for On Time In Full and other Key Performance Indicators. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
This is a fantastic role for someone who’s looking to get experience working in a busy commercial environment with lots of variety and development along the way.
Ideally you will have some previous customer account service experience gained within retail, commercial or FMCG business. 

Here’s what we are looking for:

 

•    Logistics/ Supply Chain or Customer Service experience in a similar role and industry
•    Operating at a senior level, ideally with team leadership or supervisory experience 
•    Highly developed IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
•    Ability to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative
•    Passionate about customer service
•    Highly organized and able to manage deadlines effectively and efficiently
•    High levels of attention to detail
•    Must possess a flexible and responsive working style
•    Good communicator via email, telephone or written.
•    Prior experience in SAP would be advantageous
