This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Account Analyst to contribute to the team’s achievement of the objectives set for Customer Service. Actively demonstrate our corporate vision of outstanding customer service to all stakeholders through effective Master Data/ Deflator/ EDI management, you will be involved in ensuring Master data and systems (i.e. SAP, EDI), are set up right first time to enable our vision of delivering outstanding customer service to external and internal customers. In addition to this, you will identify any changes in processes required, execution of critical SOX control processes: monthly SOX controls for customer and pricing master data; and month-end closing control of orders, deliveries & invoices as well as other activities required as part of the operational work of the CS Department from time to time like ad hoc analysis or support for projects identified for the region. Here’s what we are looking for:


  • Educated to a minimum of “A level” or equivalent to include English and Math’s
  • Strong experience in SAP, Excel, Promax (or equivalent Trade Promotional Management Tool) and proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Proven track record of creating solutions in use of data and systems:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills - essential
  • Highly organized and able to manage deadlines effectively and efficiently
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Flexible and responsive working style
  • Tenacity, common sense
  • Initiative and drive
