We are looking for a someone with business facing experience implementing and/or maintaining Trade Promotion Management (TPM) applications to join Edgewell Personal Care with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).


Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Senior IT Analyst (based in the UK), you will play a critical role in the implementation of a Trade Promotion tool (Promax) across Europe and will be responsible for working closely with the business and application vendor to ensure requirements are gathered correctly and the vendor delivers as promised. You will also support the business during all phases of the project and execute internal testing. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods or commercial company.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:


•    Experience with Promax or other TPM tools, preferably in the Consumer Goods sector
•    Solid understanding of TPM processes including accruals, payments, settlements, planning
•    Background in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance, IT, Commercial or similar fields
•    Prior experience working with SAP and good understanding of the Sales and Finance module and integration options
•    Works well in a team environment with the ability to share-ownership and drive results as a team, but also can work independently
•    Ability to comfortably host and lead meetings
•    Able to positively influence others and shift opinions to break down organizational silos.
•    Strong systems/process orientation with proven analytical thinking and critical thinking skills
•    Ability to prioritise and proactively manage multiple deadlines 
•    Strong communication / partnering ability, especially with non-IT colleagues
•    Advanced Excel skills with strong experience using Power BI, MS Office, SQL
•    Flexibility to work autonomously across different time zones with diverse teammates 
•    A real passion for data analysis
