You want to own your career and you’re ready to write the next chapter of your career story: a challenging and rewarding role as a Business Account Manager with an exciting focus on our Ecommerce accounts. We are looking for an experienced Key Account/ Sales Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men and recently acquired Jack Black… just to name a few!).

 

Let's Get Down To Business

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Activation, the successful candidate will be responsible for full P&L, setting strategy and development of their accounts. In this role you will be keep a close eye on the budget, own the development growth plan and develop a solid understanding of our Ecommerce partners (including Amazon and Ocado).

This is a great opportunity for some one who has solid negotiation, relationship building and account management skills and is looking for autonomy and the chance to be our Ecommerce champion.

 

Here’s what else you’ll get up to:

 

  • Create an On-line Commercial Strategy, in-line with total business strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Negotiate joint business plans with National Accounts that implement the commercial strategy
  • Develop shopper marketing plans in line with business plan, which focus on digital initiatives to drive traffic
  • Reporting using Profitero, e-Fundamnetals
  • Manage P&L to deliver & report against agreed targets.
  • Oversee the supply chain within the account through forecasting and delivery

 

 

Show Us What You've Got

Ideally you will have Key Account/ Business Account or National Account management experience gained within a Consumer Goods/ Cosmetics/ Retail company. Experience working with Ecommerce, Grocery or Multiple Retails is a must. Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’

 

Here’s what we are looking for:

 

  • Experience within FMCG / Cosmetics or Personal Care sector
  • Key Account/ National Account Management experience
  • Experience with online retailer desired
  • Ability to demonstrate achievements and initiative
  • Strategic thinking and strong communicator.
