We are looking for a ‘game changer’ to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).

 

Let's Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Head of Amazon & Pure Player (based in the UK), you will be responsible for maximizing sales and margins for our customized products tailored to meet the unique branding needs of other European retailers. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong capabilities in new business development, commercial negotiations, account management, and proficiency in inventory, pricing, and promotion management on the Amazon platform. To achieve this, you will be working cross-functionally with Local Commercial, Warehouse & Distribution, Private Label Brand Teams, Customer Service, Marketing and Commercial Teams internally, and managing & driving agencies externally. You will have complete ownership and accountability of Amazon 1P & 3P business, driving revenue and margin growth, optimising product listings and implementing effective marketing strategies to maximise our brand visibility. Show Us What You've Got
The ideal teammate will have a deep understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)/ Personal Care and a strong network in the industry. In addition, we are looking for the following skills and experience: 

 

•    Experience in Amazon eCommerce and/or private label specific business with leading retailers (grocery, fast fashion, cosmetics, beauty)
•    Extensive exposure to EU multi-country product launches / projects 
•    Packaging (ART) and pack structure development 
•    Amazon marketplace expertise in dynamics, algorithms, best practices, AMS, analytics tools etc. 
•    Demonstrated success in driving significant sales and revenue growth on Amazon – managing P&L of a portfolio of branded products .
•    Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives at Amazon.
•    Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
•    Proven teamworking skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
•    Intrapreneurial, innovative, ambitious, commercial, and results-driven.
•    Proficient in English
