We are looking for an experienced Brand or Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in the brand strategy building, the brand definition and the “brand Love” plan across the company and markets. Let's Get Down To Business
You will be supporting the Brand Director and will actively participate in forums to align on business priorities and prepare regular updates to key stakeholders highlighting brand plans.
The Brand Communication Manager participates to the brand strategy building, the brand definition and the “brand Love” plan across the company and markets.
Primary responsibilities include contributing to brand strategy recommendation, orchestrating the brand visibility and brand communication among all audiences, in the spirit of leveling up the consumer’s story telling among Women target audience, ensuring the excellent execution as of product delivery, generating creative assets to support the brand, and supporting the investment allocation and the annual strategic planning process.
This position works collaboratively with Brand Strategy International (BSI) Wilkinson Sword Digital Manager and its team, BSI Innovation Manager and Senior Manager Europe and the regional key stakeholders in support of brand stewardship and supports regions to define growth drivers for the brand.

Ideally you will have significant brand management experience gained within a Consumer Goods/ Cosmetics/ Retail company or even an agency with exposure to beauty skincare industry. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
• Experience managing and building large Masterbrand and creating strategic, multi-channel marketing programs for consumer- packaged goods; luxury products or beauty/skincare is preferred.
• Personal Care or Consumer Packaged Goods experience.
• Experience having managed a team of direct and in-direct reports and working across departments.
• Demonstrated experience managing comprehensive strategic marketing and communications, media relations, and marketing program.
• Strategic, action-oriented individual with a passion for tactical and detailed marketing execution.
• Experience with multiple creative and media agencies crafting a brief, executing a creative plan and evaluating and executing media strategies.
• A strong combination of both creative and analytical skills a must; understanding of budgets and product costing, plus ability to proactively gather, analyse and evaluate complex data.
• Sound financial acumen; strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions.
