We’re looking for a someone with strong brand/product management experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands Schick, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo… just to name a few!).  


Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Segment Manager, you will lead the development of annual brand plans for Hawaiian Tropic and Wet Ones which support the overall current and future North West Europe (NWE) Sun & Skin Care portfolio for UK, Ireland, Malta and Nordics regions. In addition, you will co-ordinate and implement shopper marketing programs and ensure that initiatives deliver in-store excellence to ultimately win the point of purchase moment, while demonstrating positive ROI. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
This is a fantastic role for someone who’s looking to gain further experience in a Consumer Goods business with lots of variety and development along the way.
Here’s what we are looking for:


•    Marketing experience in an FMCG environment of a large multi-national manufacturer or a major retailer (with exposure to brand planning, BTL, Shopper marketing budget and market data analysis)
•    Business experience gained within Marketing or Sales 
•    Commercial savvy- getting to heart of retailer/pricing/promo detail with enthusiasm to analyse performance & results
•    Project management experience
•    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and including presentations & handling stakeholder challenges 
•    Able to work independently and multitask 
•    Strong IT skills - especially good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point
•    Previous experience of using Nielsen or IRI is desirable.
