Attractive salary & benefits & Hybrid office (2 days onsite)

Let's Talk About You
You want to own your career and you’re ready to write the next chapter of your career story: a challenging and rewarding role as an Ecommerce Manager working within the International Strategy Marketing team. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare for Men and Jack Black… just to name a few!).

Let's Get Down To Business
You will work in a global environment and manage the Ecommerce activities across all European Hubs and countries (especially UK, Germany & France). You will join a great new dynamic team composed of the Performance Marketing Manager and Content & Design Managers. Your role will be overseeing the product and Direct-to-Consumer strategy, coordinating the countries, leveraging data-driven insights to make decisions that will deliver the best customer experience and generate positive results on our platforms.
You will directly report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with BSI team members & local markets.

Here’s just a sample of what you’ll get up to:

•    Define and execute International D2C strategy & roadmap, in collaboration with Digital & Hubs teams
•    Maintain P&L and align plans in local markets to achieve agreed business targets.
•    Drive and monitor the D2C platforms performance progress vs targets, with strong focus on sales performance, behavioral funnel analysis and customer satisfaction
•    Lead the CRM strategy with customer centric vision, personalized and segmented campaigns to grow, nurture and reactivate customer segments, enhance retention rates and customer lifetime value
•    Build reports and data analysis on traffic acquisition, performances, conversions rate, ROI and CRO management to drive development, content, and UX improvements.
•    Responsibility for product merchandising and promotional planning, working with wider team and local markets to ensure products and assets in place in line with seasonal calendar.

Show Us What You've Got
We may not be digital experts, but you will be. We’ll need you to be comfortable taking the reins and guiding your colleagues along the way.
Ideally you will have some Ecommerce management experience gained within a Consumer Goods/ Cosmetics/ Retail company or even an agency with exposure to beauty skincare industry. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Here’s what we are looking for:

•    Significant experience in an Ecommerce/ similar role.
•    Fluent in English is a must, additional EU language is a plus (French or German preferred)
•    Data driven mindset with analytical proven experience: you know how to interpret complex data into actionable insights and optimizations.
•    Relevant experience managing digital projects, agencies and digital marketing channels, incl. SEO, SEA and CRM.
•    Organized, flexible and able to manage several projects simultaneously
•    A team player with excellent social & communication skills - with the desire to make digital activities shine and to support the teams in their digitalization.
•    A master or bachelor’s degree in the field of digital, marketing, commercial or business ideally.
