Position Summary:

Responsible to ensure the quality and functionality of the Consumer Relationship Management platform (CRM). This includes but not limited to, daily use of the CRM application, hierarchical structure, data privacy, training, validation and developing technology solutions to support global business needs and integration with corporate platforms. 

 

Accountabilities

 

  • Works cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive business process and associated technology solutions and ensure data integrity and alignment globally
  • Serves as subject matter expert to manage projects with internal IT and Master Date Management teams
  • Works on issues of complex scope and risk to the business where analysis of the situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of a variety of factors ranging from problem definition, measurement of issues and success, analysis and improvement.  Demonstrates critical thinking to determine appropriate solutions
  • Develop process maps and conduct risk analysis to document business needs, create project plans and drive solutions
  • Ensures the quality and functionality of all record keeping and reporting activities affecting the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Develops and maintains key performance metrics and reporting tools
  • Self directs; designs solutions, proposes, and implements logical next steps for work or projects.   Project work design and development of medium to high complexity is needed
  • Coordinates and leads training programs for all CRM system users.  Creates system documents and user guides, coordinates and conducts individual and group training to users at varying levels of leadership.
  • Identifies opportunities involving CRM database, process, procedures and functionality and recommends the best solutions to optimize efficiencies
  • Assist in the development of SOPs and working instructions related to drug, device and consumer product safety to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Builds global collaborative working relationships
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Understands and can apply software quality assurance principles as needed including validation for regulated industries

 

Required Education, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of experience performing data analysis, trending and reporting, or demonstrated equivalent experience necessary to fulfill positions requirements
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities with the ability to perform and automate data analysis (graphs, charts, pivot, statistics etc.)
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and drive to completion.  Ability to work independently as well as interface in a team environment with various levels of the organization
  • Proven track record in producing strong results in end-to-end execution and rollout
  • Independent problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities and responsibilities
  • Excellent computer skills and previous application of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Viso, Database Management, Tableau and statistical analysis
  • Experience in creating/editing work instructions/procedures
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP highly desirable
