Position Summary

Edgewell is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to balance the creative needs of the commercial teams within the Grooming Unit. In this position, the Traffic Coordinator will liaison between Creative and Sales, Marketing, and International to ensure all project details are captured and completed within a timely manner. Applicants should be highly organized, punctual, detail-oriented, and maintain a “can do” and positive attitude.

 

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate with all departments to schedule inbound Creative requests and track each throughout completion.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and International to ensure all request information is provided and creative briefs are complete and accurate.
  • Manage Creative timelines, including artwork routing and release.
  • Ensure weekly project report is maintained and kept up-to-date.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Understand Creative’s capacity for new inbound requests & work with Creative Director to prioritize & assign requests accordingly.
  • Ensure timely conflict/issue resolution and problem solving.
  • Host kickoff meetings and distribute notes to project team members and stakeholders. 
  • Ensure action items are completed in a timely manner and follow-up where needed.
  • Participate in larger program and campaign projects to support where possible.
  • Attend all Creative meetings to assist in dissemination information and clearing roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and International to improve partnerships to support in accomplishing objectives.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as requested.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in traffic / project coordination within Marketing, Creative / Ad Agency, or similar setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in related field.
  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with timeline setup, task management, and running meetings.
  • Experience with Project Management software (MSProject, WorkFront, SmartSheet, or similar).
  • Experience with WorkFront is a plus.
  • Experience with various Creative mediums (digital, print, video, or similar).

 

Preferred Skills

  • 3 years industry experience in Creative / Ad Agency
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interface with internal (Marketing, Sales, International) contacts at all levels. 
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical information.
  • Good computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think and act independently and make recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritizing and follow up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

 

Working Relationships

  • Edgewell Grooming teammates and external colleagues, as needed

 

Work Environment

  • Light travel may be needed for local photoshoots, etc., as needed, where applicable
