Accountabilities:

  • Leads thoughtful creation of detailed growth strategies and marketing plans for key distributors.
  • Manages Jack Black global marketing needs and ensures all markets are properly representing Jack Black’s prestige positioning. Partners with Project Management, Global Product Manager and the Creative Team as needed to provide accounts with product knowledge and brand assets necessary to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Acts as International liaison with Product Development and Regulatory teams to ensure new product launch plans are tailored to achieve an on time and successful roll-out in each market. 
  • Partners with Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Finance teams as needed to ensure International financial, production, new product development and holiday forecasts are provided accurately and on-time.
  • Leads development of International team’s annual budget and tracks monthly progress.
  • Monitors distributors purchase minimums and provides monthly updates to leadership.   Recommends action plans, as needed, to achieve sales targets.
  • Manages all aspects of International pricing and ensures profitable model.  Makes recommendations to optimize distributor pricing and global profitability.

 

Education, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Business and/or Marketing related
  • 5+ years marketing, brand management, business development or related work experience.
  • Pricing and Demand Planning experience, a plus.
  • Detail oriented and experienced project manager.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking required.
  • Able to understand and communicate across diverse cultures.
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills, internally and externally.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • MS Office, Expert level Excel; NAV or SAP experience, preferred.
