We’re looking for a someone with strong trade marketing experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo… just to name a few!).

 

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to the Trade Marketing & Category Manager where you will work to grow sales & gross margin via support in developing customer marketing activities to win in all modern trade channels in the most effective way including local regional brand activities with close cooperation with our Sales Team. You will support the development of winning in- store programme of initiatives across the portfolio of segments that drives shopper interest and maximizes sales performance, execute promotions and activities, and optimise the efficiency of promotional & merchandising activities, best practice implementation & regular post-analysis. In addition, you will be required to manage POS, trade marketing budget, forecasting and investment strategy in the channels (Deflator), and work with external agencies (local ATL, BTL, PR etc), retailers / distributors counterparts and internal departments (sales, marketing, demand planning, finance, customer service, and procurement). A key part of this role is to tell a compelling story using valuable data analysis on our competitors, retailer environment and consumers behaviors/insights.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
We’ll need you to be comfortable analysing trade marketing data and making meaningful recommendations to customers. We are looking for a great communicator who can manage multiple projects while working with a variety of stakeholders, Ideally gained within a consumer goods, retail or cosmetics industry. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

 

•    Education/qualification in Marketing, Business or related subject
•    Experience in Trade Marketing, ideally within a Consumers Goods/FMCG/Retail/Cosmetics 
•    Experience in working with modern trade channels (i.e. supermarket/ pharmacy), category development, POS strategy, merchandising 
•    Ability to partner with agency (ATL, BTL, data providers e.g. Nielsen)
•    Proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI and Nielsen 
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Organized and multi-tasking
•    Fluent in English and Spanish
