Position Summary: As part of Edgewell's Global Payroll Team, this position is responsible for providing technical expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining Payroll System based applications. Offer day-to-day support to regional administrators, management, and other stakeholders globally. Administer the global payroll systems and future applications to support HR and Payroll teams.

 

Accountabilities

Application Maintenance and Support

· Administration of Global Payroll Systems, including scheduling, database maintenance, and upgrades.

· Develop and maintain Payroll Systems configurations such as pay rules, accruals, schedules, and time

clocks, wage types, holiday calendar, and year end requirements.

· Ensure business processes execute as planned and support data interfaces.

· Implement audits to ensure system integrity and identify improvement opportunities.

· Develop test scripts for regression testing and deploy application changes.

Customer Engagement

· Engage with end-users to resolve issues and requests.

· Act as a liaison between business areas to educate users on applications and technology.

· Regularly communicate with the customer team to align expectations.

Process Management

· Create technical documentation including requirements analysis and operational procedures.

· Focus on optimizing efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and safeguarding system security.

· Create and deliver training to colleagues.

Required Education, Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or certifications in a related discipline.

· 7-10 years of experience with operational analysis, ticketing systems, Time and Attendance (Kronos),

Global Payroll Systems (SAP/UKG).

· Strong analytical and communication skills, detail-oriented and organized, exceptional customer service

skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt to a changing and fast-paced

environment.

· Good knowledge of payroll principles, employment laws, and best practices.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working Relationships

· Reports to the Manager, Global Payroll Systems.

· Collaborates with Finance, IT, HR, and Payroll Teams.

 

Work Environment

· Remote, occasional (3-4 times per year) travel to Shelton, CT, international as needed.

· Flexibility to work outside of core office hours when dealing with Teammates in other time zones.
