Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be part of a diverse team and work in conjunction Local Marketing Team, Local Brand Development, Trade Marketing and Finance. External engagement will include key clients and Sales Outsourcing partners.. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to be responsible for designing, implementing, managing and controlling the Traditional Trade sales strategy in order to achieve the channel goals, not just related to volume, but also in terms of profitability, adhering to the budget assigned and a market share and distribution that is aligned with the strategy defined in the annual plan and channel vision..The role demands extensive knowledge and experience of Traditional Trade Channels, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and people management.If there’s one thing you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse and nurturing colleagues. Here are some of the things that we’re looking for:


•    Major in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineer.
•    Must have experience in Traditional Trade Management (Wholesale and Distributors) Essential.
•    English language intermediate.
•    Strong financial and negotiation skills
•    Strong presentation and communication skills

 

Strong experience in:
•    Sales strategies and annual business plan development
•    Strong negotiation
•    Marketing / Trade Marketing / Strategic Management preferred experience.
•    Manage and understanding of statistic report (Sindicated Data)
•    Exhibition and merchandising strategies
•    Clients/Customer quality relationships
