Responsibility Overview:

This position is responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations and maintaining accurate payroll records. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance and legal to ensure seamless and efficient payroll processes. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Mexico payroll practices, strong leadership capabilities and commitment to maintaining the highest standard of accuracy and confidentiality.

 

Education requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, accounting or a related field.

Excepcional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal *

 

Work Experience

  • + 6 years of progressive payroll experience with specific expertise in managing IN - HOUSE payroll processes for Mexico region.
  • Experience implementing payroll system for an in-house payroll process.

 

Computer/system skills

  • SAP EC Payroll, Kronos, Success Factors
  • Microsoft office, primarily Excel

 

Additional skill set:

  • In depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws and labor legislation
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and software
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Excepcional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and commitment

 

Position based on Cd. Obregon, Sonora, México. Home Office can be an option.
