Edgewell Personal Care have an immediate opening for a Senior Analyst, Information Security. This position is located at our Chesterfield Missouri location or can be available to those working remotely in the U.S. In the case of remote work, physical presence in the office may be required on occasion to engage in face-to-face collaboration among teammates.

Position Summary

The primary responsibility will be ensuring the security of the organization by providing operational, technical and protective measures.  This position has a focus on the security of operational technology related to manufacturing, supply chain and corporate systems.  It is responsible for incident response, cloud security, manufacturing technology security, vulnerability management, and email security. Additional responsibilities are to ensure that the proper levels of IT security are encompassed across all our Infrastructure areas and support activities. The operations technology focus will be implementing and managing the OT security program, to include, monitoring security alerts, incident response, and but limited to site firewall separating the networks. 

Universal Accountabilities

  • Proactively monitor security platform for security incidents
  • Escalate and respond to SIEM alerts
  • Incident response utilizing ServiceNow
  • Actively manage Email, Firewalls, and other various security platforms
  • Dedicated OT Threat Detection and Response capability with a focus on threat detection, incident response, and cyber threat intelligence
  • Support forensic analysis of compromised devices, endpoint log analysis, development, delivery, and enforcement of response and remediation activities across the OT network
  • Monitor cyber threat feeds to detect, and prevent malicious adversary behavior
  • Create documentation including diagrams, procedures, & plans (e.g., Incident Response playbooks)
  • Supports developing and sharing of best practices within the IT organization
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and cost reductions

Required Skills and Experience

  • BS in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred
  • 10 years’ experience in Information Technology, including 5 years in IT/OT security
  • Experience with remote support tools
  • Strong working knowledge manufacturing systems, i.e., HMI, SCADA, PLC

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • At least one of the following active certifications: Security+ or other security related certifications    
  • Experience with enterprise security tools such as ZScaler, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint and Checkpoint Firewalls/Cisco ASA's
  • Other certifications such as ITIL, SANS/GSEC, CGEIT, preferred

Working Relationships

  • The position will require the individual to operate within a cross functional environment.
  • Ability to design, evaluate and document processes and lead teams in accomplishing process review and improvement
  • Strong understanding of information security and the relationship between threat, vulnerability, and information value in the context of risk management. 
  • Strong ability to gain consensus and support across diverse functions and departments.
  • Global organization experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong time/project management skills with the ability to operate under deadlines and manage fluctuating workloads
  • Travel required
