The Role

• Ideate and create impactful and memorable visual and strategic experiences for a dynamic spectrum of mediums


• Help generate/execute/produce great ideas and design executions


• Develop design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs and clients’ business strategies


• Facilitate design-driven collaboration — responsible for working with product, marketing and purchasing teams to understand the market and client needs, collaborate on a design approach, and communicate design strategies to the broader organization


• Create actionable deliverables — create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and final UI files that effectively communicate interaction ideas and desired product outcomes 


• Execute and produce design communications for diverse media


• Collaborate and coordinate with all disciplines within Jack Black – strategy, verbal, client management and implementation – to fulfill client needs under the direction of Art Director or Creative Director


• Participate in external activities as a source of inspiration and for continued growth




Bachelors degree in graphic design (or related field)


3-5+ years of design experience; branding agency experience a plus


Experience with motion graphics and a working knowledge of the web is a plus


Strong candidates will have a proven ability to create packaging, web design, concept, and high-end designs leveraging tools such as Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, and After Effects.


Strong design, verbal, organizational and time management skills

Must include a portfolio to be considered
