We are looking for a someone with HR experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

 

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager (Latam) you will provide strategic and operational HR support to our Edgewell Teammates on all HR related queries and manage the employment end-to-end life cycle. This will be a stand-alone HR position where you will business partner with the Local Leadership Teams to drive HR priorities. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, change management, leadership development, rewards and recognition, performance management, training and development, recruitment, leading on enhancing the teammate experience, communications and policy development. You will work closely with our Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Supply Chain teams. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a commercial or consumer goods company.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

 

•    Experience of operating independently at a HR level with operational administration
•    Solid experience in employee relations, change management, training, organisational development and recruitment
•    Proven knowledge of local employment law
•    Experience of working in a commercial matrix environment (cross functionally and cross culturally).
•    Proficient in using HR systems/data handling
•    Strong Influencing skills
•    Ability to prioritise and proactively manage multiple deadlines
•    Advanced level of English
