While it may sound cliché, we’re looking for  someone with Key Account Manager experience with distributors and wholesalers to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).


Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the PBG Sales Manager, you will be part of a diverse sales team and will work closely with the wider Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to be responsible for the negotiation and follow up of commercial strategies with clients.. You will provide information and contribute in the development of improvement plans for brand growing of the clients.. Also critical in this role you will work to achieve the goals of profitable net sales growth for each client. The role demands a great deal of commercial acumen along with strong strategy and planning skills, so is ideal for someone who is adaptable, creative and enjoys working in a customer focused team. Here are some of the things that we’re looking for:

Candidates Must have Walmart experience to be considered


•    Bachelor Degree in  Marketing, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering or similar 
•    Strong Sales experience in retail and traditional  trade ideally in consumer goods
•    Good understanding of our respective retail landscape, in particular wholesalers, distributors and pharmacies.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key accounts
•    Ability to negotiate, influence and make bold decisions
•    Ability to create and develop client strategy with a focus on continuous improvement
•    Strong planning and analytical skills
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and functions 
•    Fluent in both Spanish and English
