Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will coordinate, manage, analyze and issue reports to the area departments, consolidated financial results and budgets, as well as operating and investment expenses, in order to provide reliable and valid information for decision making, contributing to the strategic objectives of the business. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, possess excellent technical skills, with the ability to think analytically while demonstrating the strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with multiple business partners at varying levels of the company. Required Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, Industrial Engineer.
  • Strong experience in finance planning, accounting and controllership processes.
  • Experience in Cost Area, Inventory Management and Treasury.
  • Strong knowledge in tax matters, general accounting, controlling in general, credit and collection, financial statements, analysis and financial planning.
  • Internal Reporting experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners
  • Very good level of IT tool management (Advanced Excel, HPL Hyperion Planning, Enterprise. etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral (English & Spanish)
  • Ability to handle on-going changes in business.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Commitment to service with both internal and external customers
