Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the FP&A Lead, you will be part of a diverse team and work in conjunction with others in department, across the division. You will coordinate, analyze and issue reports to the area departments, consolidated financial results and budgets,  in order to provide reliable and valid information for decision making, contributing to the strategic objectives of the business.. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, possess excellent technical skills, with the ability to think analytically while demonstrating the strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with multiple business partners at varying levels of the company. Here are some of the things that we’re looking for:


•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, Industrial Engineer.
•    Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance planning, accounting and controllership processes.
•    Experience in Costs Area
•    Experience in, financial statements, analysis and financial planning.
•    Internal Reporting experience.
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners
•    Very good level of IT tool management (Advanced Excel, Hyperion)
•    Great communication skills in English
•    Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value-added work.
•    Commitment to service with both internal and external customers
