We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Schick, Playtex, Bulldog Skincare… just to name a few!).


Now, Let’s Get Down to Business.

Reporting to our Finance Manager based in Colombia this position will be a key interface with the Shared Services Center on issues of Systems, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Payroll.
This position will also supervise the different areas of the company provide the necessary information, in time and form, to be able to realize the financial projections. Manage accounts payable and Fund-level cash payments, posting, reconciliation and budget tracking and involvement in the overall fund cash management. Ensure that the reports in your charge are generated and sent, on time and in the established manner, to the user areas within the company.
Assist in the review and preparation of management reporting and operational analysis/request including management metrics preparation.
Maintain the confidentiality of the information handled in your area. Manage Price and Cost customer lists, analyze the profitability of all the product.
Elaborate the Financial Rolling Forecast by channel, customer, sku. Generate and analyze the profitability by channel, by customer, brand to support in the decision making and financial maximization. Update budget tracking file and perform necessary analysis. Review monthly management reporting.
Control budgeting, monthly forecasts and analysis of variations. Ensure that the data on the IT Tools (Hyperion, We profit platforms) are properly charged for the consolidation of corporate financial reports. Research technical accounting issues and prepare write-ups  in coordination with the Shared Services Center
Ensure that financial controls, accounting routines and information systems operate efficiently to provide the required information at all levels.
Support internal teams for any financial or operational issues. Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures in your area. And be a Team player with the team and other areas.


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

 

Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail or commercial company.


In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, Industrial Engineer.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance planning
Experience in Cost Area, Inventory Management and Treasury.
Strong knowledge in tax matters, general accounting, controlling in general, credit and collection, financial statements, analysis and financial planning.
Internal Reporting experience.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners
Very good level of IT tool management (Advanced Excel, HPL Hyperion Planning, Enterprise,  ...)
Excellent communication skills ( written and oral ) (English & Spanish
Ability to handle on-going changes in business.
Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value added work.
Excellent interpersonal relationships.
Commitment to service with both internal and external customers
High self-motivations skills
