Position Summary
In this role you will support the People Team with their data needs. Reporting to the People Analytics Manager, you will create and maintain all people reports in SuccessFactors and other HR Systems of record. Focus will be on maintaining system availability and user access as well as continuous improvements that deliver automation, simplification, and standardization of HR processes to reduce manual administration work. You will collaborate with HR and Teammates to ensure HR data quality is high and system usage is consistent.
Your responsibilities will be divided into three key focus areas:
People Data Reporting: You will respond to people data reporting requests in a timely manner, using our ticket management system (ServiceNOW) to keep requestors informed on progress. You will manage the transition from legacy SuccessFactors reporting (Canvas & Table) to Story Reporting, ensuring a smooth changeover. You will also support People Analytics activity by providing data and analysis as needed.
Data Health: You will focus on improving HR data quality and support our HR Data Stewards to maintain critical SuccessFactors fields. You will improve HR System users’ knowledge of systemized HR processes, including sharing documentation and delivering individual training and workshops.
Continuous Improvement: You will support continuous improvement of HR Systems as part of the Reinforcing And Improving System Experience (RAISE) workstream, by working on HR System enhancement activity. You will also be involved in the HR System updates, reviewing change documentation and testing new functionality.
Key Acountabilities:
- Create HR Data reports, analysis and insights as needed
- Support People Analytics activity by providing and validating HR data
- Transition current legacy SuccessFactors reports (Table and Canvas) to Story Reporting
- Maintain systemized HR process documentation
- Provide support and training to HR system users to ensure data health is of high quality
- Provide Tier 0/I HR Systems technical support for users, including researching and resolving issues
- Help maintain data health in all HR Systems by sharing documentation and best practice with users
- Review and test semi-annual SuccessFactors releases for reporting module
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HR Systems issues
- Support HR System enhancement activity, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training and support of users
- Gather and respond to feedback to identify and deliver continuous improvement activities in support of RAISE
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of related HRIS experience, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Highly proficient in SuccessFactors reporting, especially Story Reporting
- Experience with using a ticket management system, preferably ServiceNOW
- Experience with HR Systems optimization projects would be an advantage
- MS Office suite proficiency
- Clear, thoughtful verbal and written communications
- Ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Technical affinity and ability to understand systemized processes
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills with teammates in all global regions
- Advanced English skills
