Hybrid, 2 days in office (Bogotá)

Full-time position.

 

Position Purpose

Provide key administrative support to the People department, ensuring the efficient management of HR processes, data handling, and analysis. This role will also support people initiatives and align practices with the Distributors business unit needs. The position plays a role in strengthening a collaborative organizational culture that values teamwork, trust, and relationship-building.

 

Accountabilities

1. Administrative Support for the People Department (50%)

1.1. Support administrative processes such as hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and managing records.
1.2. Administer HR management systems (HRIS) and generate regular reports for the team and leadership.
1.3. Ensure proper management of employment documentation and compliance with internal HR processes.

1.4. Generate key HR performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, headcount, absenteeism, and performance.

1.5. Ensure data integrity across HR systems and suggest improvements in data management processes.

 

2. Junior Business Partner for the Distributors Unit (50%)

2.1. Act as a liaison between the People department and the distributors business unit, supporting administrative People related tasks.

2.2 Support team leader in the implementation of People practices for the unit
2.3. Provide support to business unit teammates on basic process steps in talent management, development, and well-being topics.
2.4. Support local and regional People projects impacting the distributors unit.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative or entry level HR roles.
  • Experience in handling HR-related data and reports.
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, development, and performance management.
