POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst will support the LATAM Distributors Cluster by leading financial planning processes, conducting performance analysis, reporting, and generating insights that drive to strategic decision-making. This role involves using both quantitative and qualitative tools to assess the company’s operational and financial performance.
We are looking for a highly analytical individual with strong financial acumen, capable of interpreting financial and commercial data communicating findings clearly, and collaborating with commercial and marketing teams to drive business results.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Collaborate with various functions to prepare and upload data for annual budget plan and Quarterly forecasts (sales volume consolidation, pricing, deflator, cost, margins)
2. Maintain financial databases updated and aligned with actuals and forecast scenarios to ensure data accuracy and consistency for financial planning and analysis.
3. Prepare weekly and flash sales reports including sales performance analysis.
4. Prepare information by market, channel, segment, customer and SKU identifying main variations Vs plan/QFs.
5. Provide support with financial evaluation to commercial and marketing teams: customer/SKU profitability and product launch P&Ls.
6. Effectively communicate findings to facilitate decision-making.
7. Use advanced Excel for data consolidation and reporting; adaptability to new technologies is highly valued
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics or industrial engineering.
2. 2 -3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, reporting, data analysis and database consolidation.
3. Advanced proficiency in technology and reporting tools (Excel, Hyperion Planning desirable, etc.).
4. Strong business analytical abilities and attention to detail.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish).
6. Teamwork and collaborative skills.
7. Continuous improvement mindset and critical thinking.
