We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic… just to name a few!).

 

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

Reporting to the LATAM Finance Director and with one direct report, this role functions as financial business leader for the cluster providing the financial expertise to enable, create and execute a business plan that is aligned with the business strategy and focusing on the execution of financial activities and the delivery of desirable financial results.

Lead the Forecasting, Reporting and Planning process for the cluster, using both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Review, understand and work on consolidated financial results and budgets, as well as operating and investment expenses, to provide reliable and valid information for decision making to achieve the objectives of the business.

Optimize profitability, internal control and processes. Manage, coordinate and analyze closing financial reports working closely to other functions who provide valuable insights and information.

Involvement and understanding of the EBP process. Analysis of volume and valorization implications in the markets.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in relevant field
  • 7-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Solid understanding of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) verbal and written.
  • Strong financial & commercial analysis background, ability to connect with stakeholders, functional areas and capacity to adapt to different market environments / cultures.
  • Strong knowledge and experience leading with financial statements, financial planning and analysis and desired knowledge/understanding in tax matters, general accounting, controlling in general, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Problem solver, with high financial abilities, reading financial statements, and translating findings to action, influencing the decision-making process with commercial and marketing teams.
  • Proficient in MS advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SAP, Power BI, Access and Hyperion. Easy adaptation to new technology.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills.
  • Storytelling capabilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
