We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic… just to name a few!).


Now, Let’s Get Down to Business


Reporting to our LATAM Marketing Director this position will define the strategy, prioritize opportunities for the entire ecommerce environment.
Providing expertise and guidance related to sustainable retailing into the business in:
Shopper Marketing: Developing, managing, and controlling shopper marketing initiatives across Latam through insights to create and execute marketing stimuli along the path to purchase that engages the shopper, for all EPC segment & Brands.
CatMan: Lead, Develop and influence the execution of CatMan initiatives for Wet Shave and Schick & Sun Care our main retailers across LatAm.
Category Management: Develop & monitor execution of Category Management Strategy Plans and Programs across Region

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?


Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail company.

• 10-15 years of professional experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing / Customer Marketing
• Experience in mass consumption / personal care (FMCG) companies.
• 2-4 years of experience in E commerce.
• Conversational business English
• Nielsen Management
• 1-3 years of experience in CatMan / Shopper
