Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
This is a new role within Edgewell Personal Care, working directly for the Market Director Italy & Iberia. You’ll play a pivotal part in supporting the relationship between marketing and sales to create and deliver commercial targets with outstanding execution. With a focus on how we bring our brands to market, you’ll help deliver on brand strategies and maximise ROI and gross margin across the total category in Italy and Iberia.


Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

  • Develop analysis and generate insights to support the creation of commercial strategies, with a focus on enhancing both sales and profit (net revenue management).
  • Support the development of 1-2 year commercial and channel plans, including all elements of the 4 P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
  • Support the deployment of plans to sales teams and ensure excellence in execution.
  • Champion the development and embedding of tools and processes that underpin delivery of local Strategy Revenue Growth Management targets in Italy & Iberia.
  • Provide analysis and reporting to aid in revenue optimisation decisions (e.g., promotional reviews, price increase tracking, promo tracking, trade investment allocation and optimisation).
  • Identify revenue growth and margin expansion opportunities through trade investment optimisation within key retailers
  • Act as the conduit between marketing and sales, providing key analysis to support new product launch tracking, including performance vs. target, price and promotion compliance checks.
  • Ensure listings are allocated to deliver growth.
  • Analyse sales, category, and shopper data, as well as other performance metrics, to support decision-making and course correction to business plans.

We’re looking for an someone with significant experience ideally gained within an FMCG or Cosmetics business. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Understands and demonstrates a growth mindset.
  • Has the ability to unlock insight through data.
  • Brings commercial acumen, including P&L management and analytics to optimise SRGM (pack/price/promo architecture/trade terms).
  • Possesses strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, able to influence decision-making while balancing strategic and financial priorities.
  • Adopts an agile and positively collaborative approach, with a proven ability to get things done efficiently.
  • Experience within an FMCG company (Sales, Marketing, Category, or Finance).
  • BSc/BA Hons degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with Health & Beauty and Grocery retailers preferred.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint user.
